The Village Center is home to a range of shops where you can spend coins, Beacon Sparks, and other currencies. Version 15.1 opened Villager-run shops and added the Chromatist for Dye Unlocks, as part of a continuing expansion.

Beacon Sparks shops
Beacon Sparks — earned by contributing to the Beacon before storms — can be spent in Village Shops and on Storm-Plagued Lanterns in the Wilderness. Check each shop's currency tab to see which items are available for Sparks.
Gifting Villagers
Each Crosslander has Liked, Disliked, and Favourite gifts — giving any gift gives positive Friendship, with bonuses for Liked or Favourite choices. Gift items can be purchased from Marj, Nibbit, Rudi, and Dusty, or found while adventuring.
