Netflix Game Progress Migration Instructions

On October 8, 2026, Netflix Login will no longer be supported for Spirit Crossing. Your action is required to save your progress.

On September 23, 2026, the 15.4 Spirit Crossing update will add a button to the main menu where you can access your Progress Migration Code from your Netflix account. Keep this code private and do not share it with anyone, as it essentially operates as a password to your account.

You will have until October 8, 2026 to save your Progress Migration Code. After that, Netflix Login will stop working and your account progress will no longer be recoverable.

You can continue playing on mobile until October 8, 2026, even after saving your Progress Migration Code, so do it as soon as possible.

Once you have saved your Progress Migration Code, there is no deadline for redeeming it to migrate your progress. You can hold onto it as long as you need to. You will have a choice:

• You can immediately migrate your progress to our Steam Playtest when 15.4 is released on September 23, 2026, and resume playing on Steam. Please note that this will overwrite any existing progress on your Steam account, so we recommend using a different Steam account if you want to save the progress from multiple accounts

Please note that after migration, your account will use your Steam profile name instead of your Netflix profile name. You may want to change this to match what your Netflix profile name was.

• You can wait until we relaunch the mobile edition in the future to continue playing. There will be a gap between Netflix Login becoming unsupported and when we relaunch it, and we’ll keep you updated when we know more about the timeframe
