How do I report, block, or mute another player?

If a player is violating community guidelines, you can report them directly in-game:

Via Chat

1. In the chat window, tap the offending player's name.
2. Options for Block, Report, and Mute will appear.

Via Their Profile

1. When near the player in the world, tap their name above their character.
2. When their profile opens, tap the three dots (ellipsis) in the upper-right corner.
3. Choose Block, Report, or Mute.

Via Comments

1. In the comment window, tap the three dot menu on the comment.
2. Tap the report button.
3. Or, tap the player name to open options for Block, Report, and Mute.

What Each Action Does

Block

The player cannot contact you and is automatically unfriended. This can only be undone through your Profile Settings menu. Blocked players will not see your chat messages or expressions.

Report

You will be asked to categorize the report: inappropriate game handle or inappropriate behavior. You can add details to help the team investigate.

Mute

The player's messages are hidden from your conversation and they cannot initiate contact unless you unmute them.
