Friendship levels increase as you spend time and interact with other players. Inviting a friend with an Invite Code grants an automatic level boost — no Gems required.

Friendship Gems

You can now earn Friend Gems through:
- 10 automatically every day.
- Co-op harvesting: 2 Gems for small harvestables; 3 for medium; 4 for large (wood stumps, ore).
- Certain World Events: 2 Gems for Yearning for the Mines and Fluffalo Parade; 4 for Dance Party, Rudi's Boss, and Gifting Trees.
- Proximity looting: 1 Gem per harvested resource (excluding co-op loot harvestables).
The daily earning cap remains 50 Gems. However, the offering cap has been removed — you can now offer as many Gems as you have to a friend in a single day, giving you more control over how quickly you build relationships.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 gift values have also been increased, so fewer gifts are needed to reach higher Friendship levels.
