Your progress is tied to your Steam and Netflix accounts respectively.
If you lost access to your account or if it was stolen, please gather all the information you can that can prove you
(previous purchase receipts, passwords and emails registered to the account) and contact the Steam Support or
Netflix Support as soon as possible.
To keep your accounts safer, please don’t share your credentials with others and use Two Factor Authentication
methods whenever possible.
