- Force close the game app — close it fully and reopen it.
- Restart your device — a simple restart resolves many unexpected issues.
- Check your internet connection — make sure you have a stable connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or connect to a different network.
- Clear the app cache — go to your device settings and clear the cache for Spirit Crossing.
- Reinstall the game — uninstall Spirit Crossing and reinstall it from the Testflight (iOS) or Google Play
(Android). Your progress is saved server-side and will not be lost.
