Spirit Crossing is in Alpha and your bug reports directly help the development team. Before reporting, check the current Known Issues article (5.5) to see if the issue is already known.
Report via Discord (Preferred)
- Join the official Spirit Crossing Discord server.
- Go to the #bug-reports channel.
- Post your report with as much detail as possible.
Report via HELP:
- Tap the HELP button at the bottom right of this page.
- Select App Issues & Bug Report.
- Describe the issue in detail.
What to Include
- Device model (e.g., iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S23)
- Operating system and version (e.g., iOS 18.2, Android 14)
- Game version number (found on the main menu)
- What happened and what you were doing just before it occurred
- Whether it happens every time or intermittently
- Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
