This usually means your game is not on the latest version. Spirit Crossing requires the most recent version to connect successfully.
Fix: Update the Game
- Android: open Google Play and check for an update to Spirit Crossing.
- iOS: open the TestFlight app and check for an update.
After updating, try logging in again. If the issue persists, check the General Troubleshooting Guide (article 5.1) or contact support.
