What are the support team's hours?

The Spirit Crossing support team monitors for issues and responds to reports during the following hours:

Support hours: Weekdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT. 

Outages and issues that occur outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day. The team is working toward broader coverage as the game grows.
