If you have lost progress unexpectedly, here are the most likely causes and what to do:
Caused by a Game Update
Some updates include intentional progress resets (see article 2.7). Check the latest patch notes and any
announcements on Discord to confirm whether this was planned.
Caused by a Server Issue
During a server outage, you may lose up to 30–60 seconds of recent progress. If you are losing significantly more
than that, please report it immediately via the #bug-reports Discord channel or HelpShift.
Profile Deleted
If a Netflix profile was deleted, the game data associated with it is permanently lost. Contact Netflix Support to confirm whether the profile can be restored within any retention window.
