How do I see my Facebook purchase history?

To see your Facebook purchase history, first sign into Facebook from the account that made the purchase. Once signed in, go to the following URL: https://secure.facebook.com/settings?tab=payments#!/settings?tab=payments&section=history&view

The page will look something like this:

You can see your purchases in the Purchase History section. Note that you might have to adjust the dates in the calendar widgets in order to see your purchase.
