Netflix retains member data for 10 months after a membership cancellation or lapse. If you resume your subscription within that window, your saved game data will still be there.

Spirit Crossing uses Netflix Cloud Save, which means your progress is saved to your Netflix profile. If you delete a Netflix profile, all game data associated with it is permanently deleted. Please be careful when managing profiles.
Transferring Your Progress
Your saved data travels with your Netflix profile. If you transfer a profile to another account (for example, to a separate account in a multi-household subscription), your game progress moves with it.
