I can't log in. What should I do?

If you are on IOS and ANDROID:

Spirit Crossing is available on mobile through Netflix. If you are having trouble logging in, the most common cause is a mismatch between email addresses. Make sure you are using the email address linked to your Netflix account — this may be different from the email you used to download the game from Google Play or the App Store.

Steps to Try

1. Double-check that you are entering the correct email for your Netflix account.
2. Try resetting your Netflix password at netflix.com if you are unsure.
3. If you are on iOS, make sure you are logged in to the same Apple ID you used when accepting the

TestFlight invitation.
