The tvOS / Apple TV controller is not working

• If you have other devices that you can use to control your Apple TV, try turning them off or disabling them (everything except for the standard Apple TV controller). A player has advised that a second controller was interfering with his ability to properly progress through conversations, and that the problem went away after he turned off the second controller.
