The game gets stuck at the first screen ("Please wait...additional content is downloading") (RNT, iOS version only)

Please try the following:

• Make sure that you've given the game enough time to do the initial load. In some cases it takes minutes. (Subsequent loads are much faster!)
• If you have never played the game on this device, try deleting and reinstalling the app. This has worked for some people, but not for others.
• If you have made progress in the game already and are still on version 1.0, please install the next update when it becomes available and then see if it resolves the problem.
