I learned a new recipe, but Maker Bear won't let me craft it (Cozy Grove)

There's another bear besides Maker Bear that will craft certain recipes. If you're still only a few days into the game then you may not have met them yet. If you've met them but don't have the option to craft, maybe you need to help them with something first.
