How do I find my computer specs? (Windows 10 only)

Click your computer's Start Menu and type "ram". One of the suggestions that comes up should be "View RAM info". Click that. A window like the one in the screenshot below should come up. Please send us the Processor and RAM info—I've drawn a pink rectangle around them in the screenshot.
Click your computer's Start Menu and type "device". One of the suggestions that comes up should be "Device Manager". Click that. A window like one in the screenshot below should come up. Please expand the tree's Display Adapters section and let us know what's listed there—I've drawn a red rectangle around it. Note that even though the screenshot has two things listed there, you may have only one thing listed—it depends on what components were used to make your computer.
