How Do I Create a Steam Account?

Please follow these directions to create a Steam account (email support@spryfox.com if you have questions):

1. Launch Steam if you haven't already.
   
   
   
2. Click "Create New Account".
   
   
   
3. Agree to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
   
   
   
4. Agree to the Steam Privacy Policy.
   
   
   
5. This screen will come up.
   
   
   
6. Fill out the form. You can make up whatever you want for your account name and password (just remember what you make up!).
   
   
   
7. However, if someone else already registered with that Account Name then you have to go back to Step 6 and try again until you find one that nobody has yet claimed.
   
   
   
8. Once your Account Name and Password are found acceptable, you are asked to provide an email address. This should be a real email address--don't make one up!
   
   
   
9. You are also asked to pick a security question and provide the answer. Don't forget what answer you give!
   
   
   
10. At this point, your Steam Account is created but the window might unceremoniously disappear without informing you of this fact. Congratulations, your Steam Account is created!
