Where do I find my save files? (Triple Town, computer version only)

Finding your save files

Please follow these instructions to find your Triple Town save files:

1. If you're currently in the game, exit from the game.
2. Navigate to the following folder:
• For PC: C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\TripleTown\saves\STEAM_ACCOUNT_ID\
  • USER_NAME is your Windows username
  • The AppData folder is a hidden folder that you might have to make visible using these instructions.
  • STEAM_ACCOUNT_ID is a long number that is different for each account.
• For Mac: /Volumes/COMPUTER_NAME/Users/USER_NAME/Library/Application Support/TripleTown/saves/STEAM_ACCOUNT_ID/
  • COMPUTER_NAME is your Mac's computer name
  • USER_NAME is your Mac username
  • STEAM_ACCOUNT_ID is a long number that is different for each account.
3. In the folder that you identified in Step 2, look for the following files:
   • TripleTownData.dat - This is the main file that contains your save data.
   • TripleTownData_backup.dat - This is a backup of the above file. If the above file is corrupt, hopefully this one is not.

What you do with these save files depends on what you intend to do with it. Some common things are:

• Email them to support@spryfox.com for troubleshooting help.
• Copy them to an alternative location as a backup, just in case these files somehow get corrupted.
• Delete them so you can replace them with backups.
