Unfortunately you won't be able to get out of this loop without help. Please take a screenshot of the screen that looks like this:
Email your screenshot to support@spryfox.com, along with a message saying that you're stuck in a cloud load loop.
Then exit the game and watch your email for a reply with instructions on what to do next. (Note: you'll get an automated email back almost immediately from our helpdesk software. That's not the one you want. You're looking for an email from a real human, which will probably take a while since our Support staff is pretty small.)
