I have a problem. How do I report it? (Alphabear 2)

We'll list two ways of reporting a problem because certain kinds of problems will prevent the first way from working.

1. Best way - The 3-finger swipe

1. From just about anywhere in the game, use three fingers and swipe downward on the screen (unless your operating system is MIUI; MIUI users should use three fingers and swipe from left to right). A window like this will come up if you've done it correctly:
   
2. Click the "Send error report" button.
   
3. Wait for a few seconds.
   
4. When this screen comes up, click the "Email to support@spryfox.com" button.
   
5. This should open your email app with a partially composed email to support@spryfox.com
   
6. Don't delete or change any of the text already in the email! Do insert a few lines at the beginning of the email and describe the problem. Then send your email.
   
7. Watch your email (including your spam folder) for responses from us. The first will probably be automated and come very quickly; subsequent emails would take longer and come from the human investigating your problem.

2. The not-as-good way - If you can't do the 3-finger swipe

Email support@spryfox.com with a detailed description of the problem.
