What does the Perpetual Daylight setting do?

The game has a day and night cycle that is synced with your device's time.

At night, your Scout will carry a lantern providing light that may help you see the surroundings better.

While the lantern does provide some sort of illumination, it may still be hard to see key items or points of interest in-game. The Perpetual Daylight option was developed to ensure visual clarity, especially for players who needed it. Enabling the option will make it so that it's always daytime.

You can turn this option on and off at any point in the options menu in-game and the game will automatically toggle between real-time "natural" light and perpetual daylight.
