If you just got a new iOS device, AND if the Triple Town app was automatically put onto your new iOS device as part of a transfer process, then please do the following:
- Delete the Triple Town app.
- Use the App Store app to install Triple Town onto your device.
- Launch the game. Hopefully the problem is resolved and you are able to play.
- If the problem is resolved, then get back things you've previously purchased by following these instructions.
(Note: Please don't blindly delete and reinstall the game in hopes of remedying other problems--make sure a Spry Fox FAQ or Spry Fox Support person has first recommended it for your situation. Deleting and reinstalling the game will cause some aspects of your game progress to be lost, so before doing it you should make sure that it's the right course of action for your particular situation.)
