I got a white screen after purchasing my fifth Helper Bundle (AB2)

There is a know bug that occurs after purchasing a Helper Bundle for the fifth time. After receiving your bears and cloth, you'll be stuck on a white screen.

The Workaround

Fully exiting and then relaunching the app usually makes things better again after the bug has occurred, and is the workaround we're recommending for now until the bug can be fixed.

Important: DO NOT delete and reinstall the app in an attempt to fix this problem on your own. Please email support@spryfox.com if the workaround above does not help.
