How do I report a problem? (Alphabear Hustle)

Note: If the problem is with the Snapchat app itself, please contact Snapchat Support. Spry Fox does not make or own the Snapchat app, so we won't be able to help you with a pure Snapchat problem.

I don't think it's a pure Snapchat problem

If you're able to, please do the following:

  1. Within the Alphabear Hustle game, get to the main menu (the one from which you can choose to either play a match or go to your village).
  2. Click the button with the gear icon.
  3. Click the Show Version button.
  4. A screen will come up with some information, such as the Player Identifier and Client. Take a screenshot of this screen.

  5. Email the screenshot to support@spryfox.com.
    • In the email, please also describe what the problem is. E.g., "There used to be a Pine Tree in my village but now it is gone."
    • If you have any other information or screenshots that might be helpful, please include these as well.
  6. You'll almost immediately get an automated reply back from our helpdesk system. But watch for a subsequent reply from a human; we'll probably have some follow-up questions for you.

If you cannot do that:

  1. Send an email to support@spryfox.com.
    • In the email, please describe what the problem is. E.g., "There used to be a Pine Tree in my village but now it is gone."
    • If you have any other information or screenshots that might be helpful, please include these as well. If you saw a screen with the Player Identifier and/or Client information in it and got a screenshot of it, that would be especially helpful.
  2. You'll almost immediately get an automated reply back from our helpdesk system. But watch for a subsequent reply from a human; we'll probably have some follow-up questions for you.
