Unfortunately we don't know all the factors Google Play takes into account in making that determination. If you believe Google Play is incorrectly labeling your device as incompatible, you could try getting in touch with Google's support group directly to see if they can assist you. One thing we recommend before doing so, however, is to try again in a few hours. We have received feedback from several users (who initially saw an incompatibility notice) that they no longer saw that notice when they tried again a few hours later.
Note: If Google Play won't allow you to find/download the game AND if you have a device that doesn't have GPS (some tablets), then please email email@example.com. The problem is probably that Google Play incorrectly thinks that the app needs GPS to function properly. We can give you a link to download the game directly from us.
